This is another volume of the Beat the Boots series (from the first boxed set), and the only one other than Swiss Cheese / Fire that's a double CD. The sound quality isn't too bad, although at one point the bootlegger accidentally recorded over part of the show - there's a gap of a couple seconds, and then we hear him say something like "oh!" and stop recording, and the music resumes. Kind of funny, but annoying.

The song selection is interesting - a live version of Watermelon in Easter Hay (although none of the live versions I've heard of that song are anywhere near as moving as the studio version), a couple tracks that go all the way back to the Mother's first two albums, a selection of stuff from recent releases and a preview of things to come on Joe's Garage, Tinseltown Rebellion and You Are What You Is. Plus an encore of Peaches En Regalia.

But despite the decent sound quality and nice song selection, this album just isn't that essential, unless you're a collector. Live versions of most, if not all, of these songs are available on official releases, with better performances and better sound quality. If you find this album somewhere cheap, it might be worth picking up, otherwise don't worry about it.
